Marathon #7: First 13 was effortless and felt great. Rolled ankle and tore a tendon in my right foot at mile 13 and had 90 minutes of pain to the finish. Was never sure I was going to finish and had to fight from letting myself quit. Lesson learned from this marathon is how much pain I can tolerate and hope it helps next time. Checked into medical for second time ever and got an IV and ice for pain. Young doctor was hot!
