hit a 67 first 400 and felt good but by 600 in i was dead... Complete downfall in my season... Ive now hit rock bottom and questioning where my seasons headed after this one... I talked to drew after and was told to take 2 days off... hopefully i can recover from this calf bullshit and poison ivy and get my fucking head back on straight... I have 1 meet left to prove that im not choke this season... frustrations at an all time high with running
