Raced like garbage again... I really felt good before this race and solid through the first mile but then split started going down hill and I could never catch back up.... I really dont know what it is I have great workouts long solid long runs I take care of my body get good sleep and I put in a really good base.... Thats leaves me with being a mental spaz when it comes to racing its the only thing i can think of.... I went 16:05 in a 5k last year and it hurt not because it was too fast but because my body was beat down thats 5:10 pace hurt but i can barely run 5:26 pace healthy? Maybe Im too wrapped up in this idea that I have to be in the top 7 and when something doesnt go right or if someone goes out too fast I think its over... Whatever it is I havnt had a good race in my eyes since feb? The best outcome from this race is being 1:17 off of our 6th guys to now only being off 34 secs....
