Notes

- My quads are still beat to shit! I felt really good before the run and was excited to do it but the legs still feel heavy. Cutting back a little the next few days and taking Sunday off.. Just gotta remember I’m only 12 days out of running a marathon in horrible conditions. It’ll take time. Pace was still fast though today.
