11 minute nasty abs, hip mobility, Russian Twist and push ups... Taking my 3 days off now since I did not race and took it easy since last Tuesday, also I did not run yesterday... Working on abs the next few days and then 3 on wed 4 on thurs 5 on friday 3 on sat 4 on sunday and 5 monday before meeting back with the team
