2 hours on the treadmill at the house. Eli was a trooper and played Legos the whole time I was running. Did the first 11.5 miles at 6.5 mph and 2% incline, then bumped it up .5 mph every 5 minutes to finish at 8.0 mph the last 6 minutes or so. Per machine 9:04 avg pace and 1,388' elevation gain. Good workout, first long run in over a month.
