Easy run at the house before work and before it gets really windy this afternoon. Supposed to do a 10 mile workout with 6 x 1 mile strength intervals but I just wasn't feeling it. Did end up running mile 4 fast just for kicks but not sure that makes it count as a workout. Nice morning, 60 degrees, 30% humidity, wind W at 14 mph.
