5 x 1,000m intervals with 500m recoveries. First real planned "workout" in almost a month. Shooting for 7:00 pace on the fast intervals and think they all ended up at 6:50 or better. 61 degrees, 100% humidity, DP 61, wind S at 9 mph. The breeze at least kept the humidity from being unbearable until I turned back to the North. Overall felt like it was a really good workout. Very happy to be able to hit my splits, I wasn't sure what would happen after the long layoff.
