Easy run at the house after work before church. 48 degrees, 56% humidity, wind N at 13 mph. Thought I was going to finally make my sub 10:00 pace at 136 HR, but had a false spike in there and then just couldn't keep my HR down when I turned back into the wind. Oh well, pretty close though. 9:56 avg pace, 139 avg HR. Good run.
