Notes

Worked out on treadmill at the hotel. Ended up falling all the way to a 5.5 mph pace to keep my heart rate down and it was still too high. Ended up settling in at 155bpm and I should be keeping it closer to 140bpm. Going to be hard to slow down that much! Overall good run, need to keep up the workouts!
