Long run at the house with Lady. Down into the canyon, up the other side and then back home. Crazy weather, left the house at 76 degrees, SSW at 17 mph. About 1/4 mile from the turn around a cold front blew in and blew me back home. 55 degrees, 58% humidity and wind ENE at 33 mph when I got home. Even a few sprinkles on me for a bit. Did have to run back into the wind the last mile though. Ran without any audio cues, just trying to keep an easy pace. Overall avg pace 8:53, avg HR 144. Good run.
