6 x 800m intervals with 400m recoveries. Shooting for 7:00 pace on the fast intervals. Nice evening, 51 degrees, 50% humidity, wind NNW at 12 mph. Still not 100% on the ribs. Couldn't take full deep breaths so was pretty much sucking wind with quick shallow breaths at the end of the fast intervals. Oh well, got in a quality workout even if the times don't really reflect it.
Fast interval paces were 7:02, 7:03, 7:00, 7:07, 7:05 and 7:09. Not terrible but not 7:00 either.
