Ugh. Overdid it a little. Supposed to be 2 mile warmup then 10 at MP then 1 mile cool down. Picked it up too fast then ran too fast on the hills and ended up having to du the workout short. Nice evening but a bit breezy. 67 degrees, 24% humidity, wind SSW at 15 mph. Overall avg pace 8:11, avg HR 164. Tough workout.
