Some route in Washington on the iFit program on the treadmill at the house. Incline as much as -3% for the first mile or so, then averaged around 7% going up the other side. Had it up to 7.5 mph going down and 6.0 mph going back up. Avg pace 9:17 and 713' elevation gain per the machine. Good run, took some motivation, but kept my steak going and got some miles in.
