Very nice evening for a run. Just turned everything to silent and enjoyed the run. 68 degrees, 36% humidity, DP 40, wind WNW at 10 mph. Thought I was running close to a 9:00 pace and around 145 avg HR. Actual was 9:13 avg pace and 147 avg HR. Good run though.
A few false spikes on the HRM messed up the avg HR a little bit.
