4 x 1.5 mile strength intervals with .5 mile recoveries. Nice evening, 58 degrees, 30% humidity, ESE at 9 mph. Good run.
1.5 mile split paces were 7:38, 7:34, 7:42 and 7:47. Didn't feel tired on the last one, just didn't realize I was running it slow.
