Whew!!! Since my trail run was short I decided to go ahead and get 30 minutes in on the treadmill at the house. When I started it up it showed a 3.8 mile iFit workout along the Norway coast so I figured that's just a tiny bit more than I wanted so why not just run that. Well I think it must be nearly straight up! Most of the run was 10%+ incline with quite a bit of it maxed out at 15%. No big downhills in there at all either. When it would flatten out around 7 or 8% I could get it up to 6.0 mph, but at 15% even 4.0 mph was really an effort. Not an easy workout at all, I don't have a hill workout type set yet, but if I did that's what I would classify this as. Per machine 11:17 avg pace and 1,555' elevation gain. Tough workout.
