10 mile strength intervals. 4 x 1.5 miles with .5 mile recoveries. Shooting for 8:30 pace on the fast part of the intervals, but pushed it a little as usual. 53 degrees, 21% humidity, wind NNW at 15 mph when I finished the run. Overall avg pace 8:55, avg HR 150. Good workout.
