Strength intervals after work in Hobbs. 2 x 3 miles at 8:30 pace with 2 mile warmup and 1/2 mile recovery. 1.5 mile cool down. 63 degrees, 18% humidity, wind NE at 14 mph. Good workout. Hamstring felt fine, right calf a little tight but loosened up. Good run.
