Notes
3 x 2 mile strength intervals with 800m recoveries. 2 mile warmup and 1 mile cool down. Nice day, 65 degrees, 30% humidity, wind SE at 6 mph. Wasn't sure how well I would do on the fast intervals, supposed to do 7:40 pace and ended up pretty much making it on the last 2 anyway. Good run.
Fast interval split paces were 7:46, 7:36 and 7:40.
