Notes

60 minutes RUNNING (okay, jogging) on the treadmill at the house. 6.0 mph and 2% incline. Felt good, shoulder didn't seem to bother me any more than it did on yesterday's walk. Doesn't feel like I've lost all my fitness, pretty easy effort overall. Per machine 10:04 avg pace, 619' elevation gain. Good run!
