60 minute Tempo run on the treadmill at the house since it rained last night. First 2 miles at 6.5 mph (9:14 pace) then next 4 miles at 7.7 mph (7:48 pace) then back to 6.5 mph for the remainder. 2% incline on all of it. Per machine avg pace 8:25, 749' elevation gain. A bit of effort to go all 4 miles at tempo pace, but more mental because of the treadmill than anything. Good workout.
