Easy run at the house with 6 - 15 seconds strides. Went with no audio cues and just ran easy. Actually felt like I was pushing it a tiny bit and turned out I was with a 9:19 avg pace. Felt good, but a little tired, especially after the strides. Nice morning, 69 degrees, 86% humidity, DP 65, wind SSE at 3 mph. Avg HR 140. Good run.
