4 x 1.5 mile strength intervals with 800m recoveries. 1.5 mile warmup and supposed to be 1 mile cool down but cut it a little short. 81 degrees, 15% humidity, wind SSW at 23 mph. Ugh. Kind of pooped out on that last interval.
