Easy run at the house with 6 - 15 second strides. 82 degrees, 49% humidity, DP 61, wind SE at 12 mph. Pushed it a little over the easy mark, especially with the strides, but it felt good. Avg pace 9:09, didn't wear my HRM. Good run.
