6 x 1 mile strength intervals after work before scouts. Shooting for a 7:40 pace on the intervals. Beautiful evening, 59 degrees, 20% humidity, wind W at 6 mph. Really good workout. Felt good.

Strength Intervals were 7:38, 7:40, 7:34, 7:39, 7:43 and 7:41.
