Easy run at the house before work. Shake down run with 6 - 15 second strides. Nice morning, but a little warmer and more humid than I would like for the race tomorrow. 66 degrees, 76% humidity, DP 59, wind E at 3 mph. Avg pace 9:09. Good run, hoping for a really good day tomorrow.
