Notes

So much for the confidence boost from last weeks interval workout. Supposed to be 6 x 800m intervals with 400m recoveries. Ended up jogging intervals 4 and 5, but worked up the gumption to run #6 fast at least. Very muggy this morning, 77 degrees, 67% humidity, wind SE at 9 mph. Probably didn't help that I was running these on just 10 hours of rest either. Oh well, can't nail every workout I guess. Maybe my streak needs to be broken, I'm almost to 4 weeks now I think.

Pace on the interval splits were 6:57, 6:53, 6:58 then took 2 off then closed with a 6:50
