6 x 800m intervals with 400m recoveries. Pretty tough workout. First 4 fast splits were into the wind and the last 2 were with the wind but I was pretty worn out by then. Supposed to be running a 7:00 pace but wasn't even close. Per weather.com wind was SW at 12 mph, but checking the mesonet it said wind was 21.5 mph gusting to 28.9 mph. That's what it felt like running out there. 61 degrees and 26% humidity. At least I got out there and got in a workout.
Ran the last .9 mile cool down with Sage.
