Ended up just doing the iFit workout that loaded on the treadmill. 11 miles in Malibu. Didn't realize Malibu had such big hills! Most of the first 5 miles were 6.0+ incline. Total elevation gain for the workout was 2,285' which is a record for me I think. Per machine avg pace 9:28, avg HR 154. Not sure whether to count this as a long run or a hill workout. Good solid workout for sure.
