Easy run at the house after putting Eli to bed. 49 degrees, 26% humidity, wind NNE at 12 mph. Thought I was finally going to crack the sub 10:00 pace at 136 HR, but slowed way down when I turned back into the wind. Ended up having to make a pit stop as well. Avg pace 10:04, avg HR 136. Good run.
