Easy run at lunch around the office. 56 degrees, 59% humidity, wind SSW at 20 mph. HR still running a little higher than it seems like it should be. It was messed up the first mile so the avg looks good, but it wasn't. Oh well still a good run. Keeping my streak alive too.
