4 x 1.5 mile strength intervals with 800m recoveries. 1.5 mile warmup and 1 mile cool down. Beautiful evening! 62 degrees, 55% humidity, wind CALM! Felt really good! My original plan for a BQ called for 7:40 pace on these intervals and I ran them a bit faster than that tonight. I think I will try to hit 7:50 pace on my MP Tempo run Thursday. Really good run.
Fast interval splits were 7:31, 7:38, 7:34 and 7:38.
