Strength intervals, 3 x 2 miles at 8:30 pace with 1/2 mile recoveries. 2 mile warmup and 1 mile cool down. Started at the crossroads and did a 1 mile out and back to the east to warmup, then started the fast intervals going up out of the canyon to the north. Real nice evening, 54 degrees, 30% humidity, wind ENR at 9 mph. Pushed it a little too hard as usual, but felt really good. Avg pace 8:49, avg Hr 152. Really good workout.
