Ugh. Supposed to be a MP Tempo run with 9 miles at marathon pace. Started out at 83 degrees and windy, ended up at 72 degrees, 25% humidity and wind SSW at 14 mph. Ended up giving up on the MP after 4 miles of it. At least I got the miles in.
