6 x 800m intervals with 400m recoveries. Didn't have my audio cues set fast enough so I was pretty much running the fast splits pretty much by feel and also dodging big puddles and running through some that were ankle deep. 71 degrees, 85% humidity, wind NE at 6 mph. Rained on and off the entire run. Oh well, I put in some effort anyway.
Fast splits were 7:44, 7:17, 7:17, 7:15, 7:00 and 7:27. Not bad considering conditions.
