Snuck in my workout on the way back from a board meeting in Big Spring. 6 x 1 mile intervals with 400m recoveries. 1.75 mile warm up and 1.5 mile cool down. Supposed to run a 8:30 pace on the intervals but I pushed it. Need to quit pushing my workouts! Nice day, 60 degrees, 28% humidity, wind WSW at 14 mph. Didn't realize that the wind was helping on the way out so it made it a little tougher on the way back. Oh well, good workout.

Interval splits were 8:26, 8:16, 8:22, 8:27, 8:21 and then pushed it in at 7:49 into the wind.

(Max HR was a false spike starting out)
