80 minute Hillclimb on the elliptical at the house. Per the machine 4.18 miles and 962 calories. 148 average heart rate with a spike of 157 in there somewhere. Long time to be on an elliptical, but good workout. Quads can feel it. Trick to getting in the miles is to go fast at the start, that's the big difference between tonight and last weeks workout. Think I'm getting back on track!
