Long run at the house. Only 1 mile on pavement. Actually had the wind work in my favor today, it was pretty calm going out south then picked up on my way back to the house. Nice morning though, mostly cloudy, 61 degrees, 64% humidity, wind S at 17 mph when I finished. Avg pace 9:13. Calves were tight the first 2 or 3 miles but loosened up, shoulders got tight about 12 miles in and I had to keep rolling my shoulders and moving my arms to try to keep it from getting too bad. Overall felt pretty good. Nice to actually get in a long run.
