Easy run at the house before work. Nice morning. 55 degrees, 78% humidity, wind S at 9 mph. Really thought I had sub 10:00 at 136 HR in the bag. Rocked it until mile 4 then running with the light breeze and the high humidity got me. Ended up at 9:59 avg pace but 138 avg HR. Oh well, good run.
