Notes
The dreaded 6 x 800m intervals with 400m recoveries. I've turned into a hammer though and I nailed them! Nice morning, 65 degrees, 69% humidity, DP 55, wind SSW at 9 mph. Shooting for 7:00 pace on the 800's, but did better than that on most of them. Also didn't feel like I was having to race them. Good workout!
800m splits were 7:03, 6:58, 6:58, 6:47, 6:57, 6:40
