Notes

Treadmill workout at the house. Started at 5.5 mph at 0% incline then moved it to 1% incline about halfway through. Per machine 107' elevation gain. HR stayed low the entire workout. Probably need to bump it up a little on the speed next workout. Good to get some miles in though!
