2 x 3 mile strength intervals with 1 mile recovery. 2 mile warmup and supposed to be 1 mile cool down. After feeling really good yesterday the legs felt tired today. Supposed to do 7:40 on the intervals but didn't even make 8:00 on the first one. A bit windy at the start but turned out to be a beautiful evening. 64 degrees, 10% humidity, wind NW at 6 mph. At least got some work in.
Fast interval splits were 8:07 pace and 7:51 pace.
