Whew! 5 x 1,000m intervals with 500m recoveries. Supposed to be at goal 10K pace, but ended up a little faster than that. Probably pushed it a little harder than I should have, but it felt good. Beautiful morning! 64 degrees, 74% humidity, DP 56, wind SW at 6 mph. Overall avg pace 8:30, avg HR 158.
1K interval splits were 7:00, 6:59, 7:03, 6:51 and 6:55 pace.
