6 x .5 mile intervals with .25 mile recoveries. 2 mile warmup and 1 mile cool down. Had to make a pit stop on the first interval as well. Pretty hard hitting splits in the dark on an unfamiliar route with no markings plus I just wasn’t feeling it. Oh well, I got the work in. 57 degrees, 28% humidity, wind S at 10 mph.
Fast interval split paces were 7:13, 7:08, 7:18, 7:22, 7:31 and 7:33.
