Strength interval workout at the house before work. 4 X 1.5 miles with .5 mile recoveries. 1.5 mile warmup and 1 mile cool down. 49 degrees, 54% humidity, wind NNE at 17 mph. Was trying to get this in before the wind, but didn't quite make it. Pretty tough running back into the wind on the faster intervals. Ran them faster than I'm supposed to as normal. Supposed to be running them at 8:30 pace, but averaged under an 8:15 pace I'm sure. Good workout.

May have figured out how to get my HRM working if it doesn't. Took it off, licked it, put it back on, exited runkeeper, went back and opened runkeeper and it was working. Hopefully that will be the key in the future if it quits working during a key workout or race.
