Notes

12 x 400m intervals with 400m recoveries. 1.25 mile warmup and 1 mile cool down. Decent evening, wind was blowing pretty hard most of the day but calmed down as I was doing my run. 44 degrees, 25% humidity and wind SSW at 11 mph when I finished. Felt pretty good on the intervals, supposed to be 6:50 pace on the fast sections but I pushed it a little harder than that. Good workout, actually feeling like I'm almost on track. We'll see on Thursday with the MP Tempo run.
