Notes

Broken 7x600m on the road. 400m then 20sec break before a hard 200m sprint. 2min rest after each 600m. Pretty good workout felt decent up until the very end. Happy that I could close 69/28 and 67/27 for the last two. I feel like training this week was pretty good and I feel my condition is improving. Excited to race next weekend.
