Notes
600m time trial in the snow and gusting wind. First 200m went out hard in a 25. Settled in behind Holm, Chase, and Rene and hit the 400m in 55-56. Last 200 didn't have much of a kick but I pretty much caught Rene. I felt like I could have ran a little bit harder, which is good with a 4x800m leadoff leg and a mile looming tomorrow. Ran decently well but tomorrow is what matters.
