Okay workout I was a little bit tired. Maybe should have taken it a little easier yesterday but all is well. Times were pretty decent but I need some sleep. 3 of the last 4 days have been fairly hard workouts and I need to get more rest. Possibly will hold myself accountable via runningahead but that will obviously get annoying. I'm a little annoyed with having to do explosive lifts before every workout but overall training has been alright.
